IKON Headlights Limited Warranty & Extended Aftercare Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

At IKON Headlights, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. All IKON Headlights are covered by a 12-month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

During the 12-month warranty period, IKON Headlights will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective component or complete headlight assembly that experiences a failure affecting its major operating functions due to manufacturing defects or component failure.

Covered functions include, but are not limited to:

• Daytime Running Lights (DRLs)
• Low Beam Function
• High Beam Function
• Turn Signals / Indicators
• Sequential Turn Signals
• LED Modules and Internal Lighting Components
• Control Modules and Electronic Components supplied with the headlight

If any of the above major functions cease to operate correctly under normal use during the warranty period, IKON Headlights will provide replacement parts or a replacement headlight assembly where deemed necessary after inspection and verification.

What's Not Covered

The following conditions are considered normal wear, environmental effects, or maintenance-related issues and are not covered under this warranty:

• Lens wear, fading, yellowing, pitting, scratches, or stone chips
• Cosmetic damage caused by road debris, accidents, misuse, or improper installation
• Water spots or surface contamination
• Minor moisture or condensation that does not affect headlight performance
• Damage caused by vehicle electrical faults, incorrect wiring, modifications, accidents, or external impacts
• Labour, installation, removal, shipping, or associated costs unless otherwise agreed

Condensation Policy

Condensation can naturally occur within headlight assemblies due to changes in temperature and humidity. As such, condensation is generally not covered under warranty.

However, if excessive moisture accumulation is determined upon review to be the result of a manufacturing defect, IKON Headlights may authorise a repair or replacement at its sole discretion following inspection.

All condensation-related claims are subject to review and approval by IKON Headlights.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Order number
• Photographs and/or videos demonstrating the fault
• Vehicle details if requested

IKON Headlights reserves the right to request additional information before approving any claim.

Extended Aftercare Programme — DRL LED Modules Only

Following the expiration of the 12-month warranty period, IKON Headlights offers an Extended Aftercare Programme for up to an additional 2 years. The programme covers DRL LED Modules only.

Aftercare Benefits

During the Extended Aftercare period, replacement DRL LED Modules can be purchased for 20% of the component's current retail price (an 80% discount from full retail price).

Availability of replacement DRL LED Modules is subject to stock levels and product compatibility.

Exclusions

The Extended Aftercare Programme does not extend or renew the original warranty. It applies to DRL LED Modules only and does not cover:

• Control modules and electronic components
• Indicator / sequential signal modules
• Any other internal lighting or serviceable electronic components
• Complete headlight replacements
• Lens wear or cosmetic damage
• Accidental damage
• Water ingress caused by impact or improper installation
• Labour or installation costs

IKON Headlights reserves the right to inspect, review, approve, deny, repair, or replace any product covered under this policy. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coding Support & Flickering Issues

Some modern vehicles may require coding or configuration adjustments following the installation of aftermarket headlights. Symptoms of coding-related issues may include:

• Flickering DRLs or LEDs
• Warning messages on the dashboard
• Certain lighting functions not operating correctly
• Intermittent operation of headlight features

Where a fault is determined to be coding-related rather than a hardware defect, IKON Headlights provides free remote coding support during and after the warranty period.

Our dedicated remote coding technicians, in partnership with VMSS, are available 5 days per week to assist customers with diagnosing and resolving coding-related issues.

If you experience flickering, warning messages, or non-functioning headlight features, please contact our support team to arrange a free remote coding session with VMSS before submitting a warranty claim.

Please note that coding-related issues are not considered product defects and do not qualify for replacement under warranty unless a hardware fault is subsequently identified.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal & 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers located within eligible European jurisdictions have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify IKON Headlights in writing within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Returned products must:

• Be in their original condition.
• Include all supplied accessories, modules, wiring, and packaging.
• Show no signs of installation, modification, damage, or misuse.
• Be suitable for resale as new.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer legislation.

30-Day Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident in the quality and performance of IKON Headlights. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must not be physically damaged, modified, or abused.
• All original components, accessories, and packaging must be included.
• Customers must contact IKON Headlights before returning the product to obtain return authorisation.

Prior to approving a return, our technical support team may attempt to resolve any issues through troubleshooting, vehicle coding assistance, or installation guidance.

If a return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights and does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

IKON Headlights reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
